A remake of the movie The Office of Legends (2015)
I have to say that I was lucky enough to watch The Bureau a few years ago and to be honest, it’s probably one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Nothing up until this point has even come close to it. There is a correlation between the two series, of course it was mentioned that it was "influenced" by that, but I didn’t expect a story like that.
You won’t regret it
Don’t get me wrong, the series up to this point is amazing, great cast, good cinematography, but it wasn’t anything I hadn’t seen in the French version before. It’s too early to tell how it’s going to turn out, but for anyone who hasn’t watched The Presidency yet, I highly recommend watching it. After Fassbender played a professional hitman in David Fincher’s The Killer, I knew immediately that he was a great choice for the role.
It’s not something you would watch while riding a bike on an indoor trainer
These types of series actually require a certain amount of concentration when watching them, so that you can keep up with all the characters in the story and the little details about them. Some would even consider them slow, maybe even boring, but it’s the qualities and complicated personal struggles that the characters have, plus the slow build-up of tension, that I think makes them great. You either love these types of series or you don’t, there’s no middle ground.
